Job Description

CleanCloud is a rapidly growing cloud-based software startup powering dry-cleaning customers in over 70 countries, that in just over 5 years has gone from a new entrant to the leading POS system in the market.

We have a very entrepreneurial team with decades of startup experience between us, and technology and customer care at the heart of everything we do.

In order to maintain our growth, and hit our ambitious targets, we are looking for a driven Inbound Marketing Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career and wants to take full ownership and responsibility of all our initiatives.

Though this role will be based at our London office, you will be running campaigns aimed at audiences in the US, APAC, Middle East and beyond.

– Manage all details for company events including webinars, trade shows, and other meet-ups

-Create personas for specific customer needs and preferences, and use this to create relevant content and industry insights

-Increase distribution and our audiences across all social channels

– Collaborate with team members in Customer Success and Sales to ensure the marketing programmes are supporting their needs

-Analyse marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for improvement to help us exceed revenue targets

-Track campaign ROI and influence the allocation of marketing spend based on past performance

– Coordinate all activities required for the development, production and maintenance of our demand generation strategy, including branding materials for internal and external distribution.

REQUIREMENTS

2+ Years experience in a similar role, working for a SaaS company would be advantageous

Proven experience in campaign development, management and best practice marketing campaign practices

Educated to Degree level or equivalent experience

Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems such as Intercom, MailChimp and Hubspot

Competent understanding of design software (Adobe preferable) and the ability to produce basic graphics

Must have experience of running multi-channel marketing lead generation campaigns, and be able to track and measure results from these

Experience in managing and planning events and exhibitions

Experience in managing social media campaigns

Excellent communicator and creative thinker

Strong track record executing and delivering results

Ability to work independently and a desire to work in a fast-growth environment
