We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
In conjunction with the various department evaluate and ensure the brand strategy is current, by continually reviewing the changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary to ensure the continuous offering of the prestigious brand.
To manage the day to day operations, including recruiting, supervising and mentoring members of the marketing team.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders within the company ensuring the marketing function operates as a valued business partner both inside and outside the organisation.
Working closely with the CAO, you will convey your vision and ideas to the Executive team. The Director of Marketing also involves networking and representing the company organisation externally.
To ensure the company Placemaking Strategy supports the Estate’s ongoing evolution and is inspirational and innovative.
Ensure all social media content is optimised for search and user experience for all channels.
Develop inspiring and engaging content with an authentic and candid tone of voice for the company to cover Office, Retail, Residential (for rent and sale), Art & Events and the East Wintergarden.
To ensure the marketingprojects are always completed on time and within budget.
To Develop the Marketing Business Plan and execute in accordance with the Business Plan.
Provide Marketing budgets as required.
Provide tools and materials to enable the sales and leasing teams to function effectively in order to boost brand awareness.
Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using pre-determined KPIs.
Utilise data for marketing campaigns, interrogating the organisation’s databases and external analyses.
Identify new business opportunities and conduct market research studies as required to optimise the brand.
Negotiate with Media Agencies and secure agreements on the production of promotional materials.
To grow the exposure of the CW Estate and the CW brand. Promote an environment where teamwork, open communication, continuous improvement and excellent customer service are a priority.
To grow the media business.
To carry out any other reasonable duties as directed by the CAO and CEO.
The ability to define and manage a set of goals involving diverse contributors and content types.
The ability to think like a storyteller, intuitively understanding what the audience needs to know and how they wish to consume it.
A willingness to embrace change and to adapt strategies as required.
Extensive senior Marketing experience, including running successful marketing campaigns is essential.
Strong project management and people management skills.
The role of Director of Marketing is a creative one, so it’s crucial that you are an exceptional and influential communicator.
The role calls for continual analysis of market trends and the positioning of competitors. This analysis provides the foundation for marketing strategies. Much of this analysis is done by drilling down into data around customer behaviour and experiences, therefore extensive experience and up to date knowledge is imperative.
Comprehensive knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords.
Experience with CRM software.
Proven track record of success in senior roles.

An analytical mind who is highly motivated and results driven.
A degree in Marketing or a relevant field is essential
