We are seeking an experienced HR Professional with manufacturing experience.
The fundamental objectives are deliver a proactive and flexible HR service by providing relevant and appropriate HR support to all employees, whilst driving best practice and ensuring compliance with all company procedures, documented policies and employment legislation. Advising managers on all HR matters including absence management, recruitment and selection, development and training.
Interpret and research employment law and HR best practice to ensure advice and guidance is both accurate and up to date. Ensure management teams are appropriately updated on new employment legislation. Ensure all appropriate policies, procedures and legal requirements are adhered to with clear audit trails and maintain all personnel records in accordance with Data Protection Act.
To strive for efficiency, whilst continuously improving delivery of HR services, in collaboration with HR Director to Line Managers and all employees.
